Skill Sets:       Java Professional

Skill Set 1: Java Developer

Good Communication Skills
BE/B Tech) academic percentage not more than 60%

Skill Sets 2:
Only J2EE frameworks - Springs, Struts 2.0, Hibernate Framework
Strong hands on experience: JSP directives, JSP elements and attributes (scriplets, expressions, declarations, scopes), JSP Includes and Forwards ,Exception Handling
JSTL expression language
Custom Tag libraries - Must have experience on how to create and use the taglibs
Knowledge about HTML, AJAX, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, XSLT, XML, Web services
Should have good knowledge on ANT and MAVEN
Should have good understanding of SDLC phases and different documentation, milestones
Good knowledge of Tools such as Remedy, HP SM or any service management tools for support profiles
Education:           Any Graduates / BE / B.Tech 
Experience:       1 to 3 Yrs
